Summary: Cute little bungalow with all the amenities. Three blocks from the beach. Close to all the stores and restaurants. Dave was great. Very clean and quaint. We will be back next year.

Summary: We had a nice stay at David’s property! He was easy to communicate with, and stopped in our first day to check in. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the outdoor shower was great after a day at the beach. Both the beach and boardwalk were a short walk away, and my kids loved being so close to FunLand. My only complaint was that the bunk beds were as others mentioned very squeaky. Otherwise, the trip was smooth, painless and fun!

Summary: Our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids 6 & 8) enjoyed our stay at this property. Location was great - short walk to beach, Funland, boardwalk, and Rehoboth Ave. Communication with owner was great.

Summary: The cottage was perfect for a long weekend getaway! The kitchen was well stocked and the cottage was clean and comfortable. The location was close to the beach, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. We didn’t move the car our whole visit.

Summary: This cozy cottage was perfect for our family of five. It had everything we need for a long weekend stay and was an easy 6 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. We especially loved the washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here and loved that it was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Cottage is comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. Not sure the need for a mini fridge..which took up needed space in the lvg/dining area. Sun beamed in the cottage in the afternoon, making the cottage very cheerful and bright.
